Will you please join me in offering your support to Namaste who is doing a moonlight half-marathon walk for Breast Cancer in Hyde Park this Saturday. She has been training hard every weekend to build up to the thirteen mile walk. Go girl!
Here's a picture of her in last year's Bristol half-marathon.

Hi All,
The walk went really well and meant a lot to me as it was quite hard work at the finish. It was a lovely walk along the River Thames embankment past where I used to work at Shell-Mex House. There were 15000 of us being cheered on by lots of people en route. I finished walking at 2.40 am after three hours and 40 minutes! Us girls from the medical surgery really bonded as we said last night at a leaving dinner for Marion our Practice Manager. Next year it sounds as if the walk will be in Edinburgh (for Lynn's benefit that is in Scotland!).
Thank you all for your support. We raised a lot of money for Breast Cancer.
Love the Nam Distance Walker
Nam well done, that's fantastic news. That must have been a lovely walk at night along the Thames withe the bridges and the lights and I expect it brought back lots of memories for you?
Are you going to Edinburgh?
Can't wait to see pics of this year's bra? Did Mummy Woolway help put it together again?
Much love Nam Swan xxxxx
